Collection is comprised of annual budgets, financial statements, and auditor's reports dating from 1976 to 1989 created for the city of Boulder City, Nevada and adopted by the City Council.

The collection dates from 1920 to 2019 and is primarily comprised of business and organizational records, press, photographs, scrapbooks, audiovisual materials, awards, and ephemera documenting Mark L. Fine’s career as a real estate developer in Southern Nevada and his work with various government and community organizations. The bulk of the material dates from 1980 to 2005.

Collection consists of the 1974 lease agreement between Circus Circus and William Bennet and William Pennington, and a 1981 Desert Inn Country Club 25th Anniversary scrapbook.

The State of Nevada Water-Resources Reconnaissance Records (1935-1968) contain studies and appraisals of ground water resources in the lakes and valleys of various Nevada counties. The documents were created by the Nevada Division of Water Resources.

The Adele Baratz papers mainly consist of photographs documenting Adele Baratz's life in Las Vegas, Nevada from the 1930s to 2010. An essay and list of names written by Baratz's brother, Charles Salton, document the early history of the Jewish community in Las Vegas.

The Order of the Eastern Star Grand Chapter of Nevada Records contain proceedings of yearly meetings of this charitable organization for the years of 1937, 1946, 1948-1956, 1958, 1960-1968.

The Nevada Secretary of State Records contain biennial reports for the years 1877-1892, 1897-1904, 1909-1910, 1919-1920,1940-1942, and 1947-1974. Material includes notary appointments and official records of the acts of the Nevada Legislature.
