The Las Vegas Rotary Club Records (1981-2022) contain award certificates, club directories and rosters, Las Vegas Rotary publications, commemorative material including a 20-foot by 34-foot velvet curtain. The collection also contains plastic and metal Rotary Club signs from across the United States and international locations, material from a Rotary Club in Africa, and a digital video segment made in 2013 about the history of the Las Vegas Rotary.
The records of Temple Beth Sholom date from 1945 to 2015 and include scrapbooks, photographs, bulletins, meeting minutes, by-laws, correspondence, and publications. The collection contains documentation of the Board of Directors, the Sisterhood, the Men's Club, the history of the congregation, events held by the temple, and construction of the temple building in Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The UNLV University Libraries Collection on Hoover Dam dates from 1935 to 1937 and consists of black-and-white photographs of the construction of Hoover Dam in Nevada. The collection is an artifical collection created by UNLV Special Collections and Archives staff. The photographs document early construction of the Hoover Dam to images of the dam at completion. The collection also contains photographs of construction workers.
The Midbar Kodesh Temple Records (approximately 1986-1995, 2005-2017) are comprised primarily of event photographs, event programs, and bulletins created and maintained by Midbar Kodesh Temple in Henderson, Nevada. The collection also includes video recordings of the synagogue's groundbreaking in 1995 from local news channels and the 1986 Nevada Study on the Holocaust program.
The Mike Miller Papers (1971-2014) include advertisements, books, and paintings by Las Vegas, Nevada-based artist and graphic designer Mike Miller. Materials include photographs, art prints, advertisements, newspaper clippings featuring Miller's advertisements, casino advertisements, and books designed, written, or illustrated by Miller.
The Burt and Wilma Bass photographs and programs mainly document the Bass’ involvement in the Jewish community of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as their personal and professional lives. Images date from 1976 to 1987 and are entirely digital.
The Gary Sternberg Papers are comprised of correspondence, publications, and videos documenting Sternberg's involvement with the Las Vegas Jewish community from 1983 to 2015. Organizations represented in the collection include Congregation Ner Tamid and the Holocaust Survivors Group of Southern Nevada. Also included are digital photographs of Sternberg in 2015 wearing his Caesars Palace dealer's uniform.
The Henry Kronberg Papers is comprised of photographs, newspaper clippings, and business records from 1945 to 2017 that document Henry Kronberg's business, Stoney's Pawn Shop, his personal life, and his involvement with the Jewish community in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also includes A Place of Hope, a documentary about the Warsaw Remembrance Garden at Temple Beth Sholom in Las Vegas featuring Kronberg.
