The 35mm negatives and slides series (approximately 1990-2009) represent a section of Bill Hughes' work as a photographer and photojournalist. The images include his professional and personal work, and include bands, DJs, dancers, and performers in various nightclubs and bars in downtown Las Vegas and the Strip. Other subjects include local events; the University of Las Vegas, Nevada; architecture; scenic views of Las Vegas; and personal travel photographs. A number of shoots contain nudity and are noted at the file level of the inventory.
