Documents include Roberta Skelton's certificate of membership from the Jarbidge Water Users Association (1968), a letter from Jarbidge Improvement Club Secretary R. E. Baty in 1935 asking for county assistance, and several items from the 1995 Jarbidge Shovel Brigade.

Also included are report cards, certificates for completion of various courses for Nevada Justices of the Peace, John Williams' application for Jarbidge postmaster, newspaper articles on John Williams, and some general news clippings on Jarbidge.

Historical photographs of Jarbidge, Nevada. Included are early panoramic views, l930s rodeos, a series of building photographs taken in the 1970s by the Elko County Assayer's Office, the 1936 Mormon Cricket invasion, and more. Of particular interest are the Claude Gillham photographs (1910-1935) donated by Krinn McCoy. These include some photographs taken inside the Elkoro Mill.
The photographs include early landscape views of Jarbidge and surrounding areas. There are also many photographs of George and Youra Urdahl, Ernie Lee, other members of the Urdahl and Lee family, and group shots of Jarbidge residents including Robert Knight, Helen Wilson, and Mr. Case, possibly of the Case and Pangburn company. There are also several photographs of Jarbidge schoolchildren that predate 1920.
