The Administrative files contain annual reports, board minutes, training manuals, club history and member documents, the League's Constitution and Bylaws, financial statements and reports, policies, procedures and traditions.

The General Documents files contain manuals, questionnaires, membership rosters, advocacy efforts, handbooks, correspondence, news articles, various brochures and articles on the history of the Junior League, documents on the application for membership of the Junior Leagues of America, photographs and project documents.

The Project files contain documents on community outreach including "Adopt a Bear," the Homeless Project, and children and youth focused endevours.
