Series I contains alphabetical subject files created or maintained by the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The files relate to overarching academic related topics such as the formation of colleges, staffing, budgets, reports, and memoranda. Both P-99s and work programs refer to financial information about University of Nevada, Las Vegas employees and mainly refer to time off, raises, sabbatical leave, and department budgets.

Series III contains faculty schedule cards from 1955 to 1978. Each academic year is broken down into Fall and Spring semesters. Each card corresponds to an individual faculty member and lists that persons teaching schedule and the location of the classroom they used.
