The MacDonald Properties (1972-1996) series consists of materials that document the planning and development of MacDonald Ranch, but are not specifically related to the communities of Sunridge or the Foothills. These materials include architectural drawings, master plans, land use studies, water supply plans, topographic maps, tentative maps, and preliminary reports.
