The administrative records series (1911-2016) contains financial records, legal records, business and board meeting minutes and agendas, reports, correspondence, scrapbooks from past president's of the Mesquite Club, and guest books.

The community service projects series (1969-1998) contains pamphlets, fact sheets, correspondence, reports, administrative files, and scrapbooks related to community projects and programs. The community service programs the Mesquite Club worked with included environmental conservation, child protection, Neighborhood Watch, senior citizens, and city beautification.

The Mesquite Clubhouse building records series (1977-1997) contains information pertaining to the ownership, maintenance, and rental of the Mesquite Clubhouse. Materials include contracts, improvement plans, and committee reports.
