Wilbur Clark, owner of Wilbur Clark's Desert Inn in Las Vegas, Nevada, stands in front of a parade float titled "The Old Master Painter." The float was designed by Bill Willard for the Desert Inn. The costumed women standing on the float were Donn Arden dancers who had opened at the Desert Inn the month before. The float won 3rd prize in the Helldorado Parade.
