Report on how to increase the capacity of the Basic Magnesium, Inc. water facilities to allow for more water to go to the Las Vegas Valley Water District
The Las Vegas Land and Water Company protested to the application of Jack Wollenzien to drill a well near their well-field. The State Engineer agreed with the water company because of the falling water table.
The water district would be foolish to attempt to claim Las Vegas water production by condemnation because the bond issue had not passed and if they were unsuccessful, they would not have the money to pay damages allowed under Nevada law.
