Catherine Morales-Jackson grew up in Hazlet, New Jersey. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1981. Morales-Jackson retired from UNLV University Libraries at the age of 51.
Len Zane and his wife came to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1973. Dr. Zane taught physics. He has spent over 34 years in education and administration at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
Arno Marsh was born in 1928 and grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Both of his parents were musicians. Marsh moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1957. He signed on to play with Charlie Ventura at the Thunderbird Hotel and several other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
Hershel Brooks was born December 3, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York. He was raised in an orthodox Jewish household, along with his four siblings, and attended Jewish community schools before pursuing his rabbinical studies. He studied at TelsheYeshiva in Cleveland, Torah Vodaath in New York, and Jewish Theological Seminary in New York.
