Jack W. Zunino was born in Elko, Nevada. He graduated from the University of Utah in psychology and Utah State University in landscape architecture while earning his tuition as a road construction laborer. He started his own landscape architecture firm in 1989.
Anthony Marnell II was born in Riverside, California and grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended the University of Southern California School of Architecture. After designing McCarran Airport's A and B Gates, he teamed up with Lud Corrao in 1974 to form Marnell Corrao Associates, the first design-build firm in Southern Nevada. Brian Cram was born in Caliente, Nevada. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1939. Cram worked as Clark County School District Superintendent from 1989 to 2000.
