Cynthia Cicero was born in Buffalo, New York into an Italian family. She has one older brother. Cynthia moved to Las Vegas with her husband Philip for employment opportunities. They moved here in the 1970s and lived in the Spanish Oaks Apartments.
Marc Weiswasser, Managing Member, served in the casino industry for nearly 20 years in the Table Games department. As the former Executive Director of a nonprofit educational trade association for the casino industry, he built many industry relationships which were beneficial to the startup of the Executive Recruiting division in 1999.
Pam Fogliasso was born July 14, 1944 in Riverside, California. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1954 and attended Twin Lakes Elementary School. Fogliasso married her late husband on July 31, 1977, had two kids, and moved to Pahrump, Nevada to take care of his children and father.
Paul Huffey was born 1938 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1947, Huffey’s father purchased a lot of land in Paseo Park and built a home for his wife and only child. In 1956, Huffey graduated from Las Vegas High School, enlisted in the United States Army Reserve and enrolled in the University of Nevada, Reno. He taught history at Basic High School in Henderson, Nevada for nine years.
Anne Kellogg was born May 19, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her paternal family came to Las Vegas in the 1950s and her mother arrived in the late 1960s to teach. After her parents married, they set up their first home in the John S. Park neighborhood.
