Tod was the District Director for U.S. Representative Shelley Berkley from 1999 to 2013. Tod graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with an emphasis in public relations and political science. He is now the Exectutive Director of the ACLU of Nevada.
