Joan Massagli was born January 26, 1938 and spent her childhood in Tacoma, Washington singing three-part harmony—a member of a musically talented family that included five children as well as an aunt and uncle who raised all the kids to enjoy music. By high school in the early 1950s, she and her two older sisters were regulars on a local TV show.

He achieved a better life through education and perseverance, becoming a library at Columbia University. In 1989, Mills relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, seeing the weather and retirement lifestyle there to his liking.
Greta Mills was born October 28, 1928 in Charleston, West Virginia. She met Hughie Mills in New York and got married in 1954. She became a librarian at Columbia University and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1989 with her husband.
Dennis Ortwein was raised in a small town in Montana called Harlowton, the second oldest of seven children. He arrived in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1956. Once in Las Vegas, Ortwein taught for a while, served as principal, and was involved in creating programs that helped integrate schools. He was also involved with his church choir, the entertainment industry in early Las Vegas, above-ground testing at the Nevada Test Site, and anti-nuclear protests.
John J. Page was born on Janruary 21, 1931 in Osage County, Oklahoma to Kathleen and Loy Page. He married Reitha Lee Page on May 02, 1952. They moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in February of 1959. He was a elementary school teacher.
