John Dillingham was born February 20, 1904 in Grace, Idaho. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1937 with his wife, Mabel. His career revolved around working as an engineer and a brakeman at the railroad. He also had various labor jobs on the Hoover Dam. Dillingham passed away November 21, 1983.
Mabel Dillingham was born in 1901. She married her husband, John, on September 22, 1931 and moved with him to Los Angeles, California before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1937. Dillingham became a secretary for the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Fifth Street Grammar School. She was also very active in her son’s Boy Scouts troop. Dillingham passed away November 21, 1991.
Irene Doty was born July 16, 1914 in Dangerfield, Texas. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in December of 1942, spending her first Christmas in the city at the El Cortez Hotel. She was a justice of the peace in Las Vegas, and even stood in a jury for potential murder cases. Doty passed away in September of 1978.
Cynthia Cicero was born in Buffalo, New York into an Italian family. She has one older brother. Cynthia moved to Las Vegas with her husband Philip for employment opportunities. They moved here in the 1970s and lived in the Spanish Oaks Apartments.
