Frankie Lou Mayer was born on January 2, 1931, in Elgin, Oklahoma. Frankie married William J. Mayer on September 1, 1984. Frankie had three children: Natalie Kershaw, David McKinley, and Nancy Davis.

He worked as a janitor at the Nevada Test Site and as a journalist for Las Vegas Review Journal. Bob was elected to the Nevada State Assembly in 1982 and to the State Senate in 1986. He has a special interest in neighborhood preservation.
Robert "Bob" James Agonia was born August 3, 1938 on a migrant camp in Garden Grove, California. Agonia served in the Peace Corps in El Salvador. He later worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Agonia worked as Chief Contractor and for Human Resources at the Nevada Test Site Department of Energy.
