Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Theta Theta Omegas chapter will participate in the Women of Diversity’s multimedia exhibition, 100 YEARS OF INFLUENCE, THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN SHAPING THE FIRST HUNDRED YEARS OF LAS VEGAS. The display will highlight the Chapter’s accomplishments and mission as well as it will be recognized for its part in shaping Las Vegas history.
The multimedia exhibit will take place March 18 through May 22 at the Las Vegas Art Museum; as well as be showcased throughout Las Vegas during 2005. All of the displays will be archived at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Special Collections Department of Lied Library.
Below are tips for what your display should consist of:
1.
Name of organization, logo, mission and year founded
2.
List of types of activities, events, benefits, etc.
3.
Photographs of events, officers, accomplishments, etc.
4.
Contact information for persons who might wish to join your organization or learn more about it.
I am requesting that volunteers sign up to help put the display^ogether.
