    FOUNDERS’ COMMITTEE REPORT
sSorors the Committee would like to thank yputfor your participation in dur annual Founders’ Day Celebration. The entire weekend was beautiful McKinzie told k Soror Billie and I that she felt like a Queen for 3 daysftlf you were at the luncheon, both men and women enjoyed h& Inspirational (EMOTIONAL) me^sage^ There was something to be learned, listening.
A letter will be sent to Soror McKinzie from the Committee Chairmen and Soror Billie: thanking her for sharing her weekend with us. • As many kno wa she does have a fulltime
Soror Barbara Kirkland will give the Financial Report.
    Recommendations:
    1. That each financial soror be responsible for a minimum cost of 2 tickets for each of our ticket sales events. This will cover the cost of planned eVents without depending on other ticket sales. J
M That a Founders’ Day Guide Book ed written outlining basic Founders’ Day Events, which will help the next Committee Chairman plan better. should be
included to give a better idea of the proposed budget.
    |MThat Committee Chairmen meet with the Anti-Basileus, Chapter Program Chairman, in June to determine planned calendar for upcoming recommendation is made
to try to arrange our events further apart so our ticket sales, (to the same people) can be, ^spread out. Example: Now that we are not calling the event March Gras, Emerald Ball maybe can be moved a little further away, from Founders’ EM, which we know the ■date time frame that we must celebrate.
    4. That Founders’ Day Chairmen be appointed immediately*®! the next year.
W If Recommendations 1 and 3 are adopted they should become apart of our Chapter By-laws and Budget items.
