To: Theta Theta Omega Chapter From: E. States, 2nd Anti-Basileus Re: Officer Report
The chapter is operating smoothly and we are on time with our current By-Laws and Operating Procedures.
1.
Your Executive Committee met on schedule and continued the task of working with the By-Laws Committee to prepare the By-Laws for the final voting.
2.
TTO was well represented during the Kappa Xi MIP. Many Sorors were present for the entire weekend. Yours truly attended the luncheon on Sunday.
3.
I met with the Standards Committee met as scheduled to discuss and finalize the language of the Year-end Report that is sent to National.
4.
1 met with the Membership Committee and the committee agreed upon final plans for the Chapter Operations/Leadership Workshop to be held January 7th. The committee focused on getting all of TTO out for this important workshop. Although the chapter is doing well and we have met our goals for retention and reactivating Sorors, there is always room for improvement. The committee encourages Sorors to bring their suggestions for improvement to the workshop or you may send them to Soror Maxine.
5.
Today after the Installation of our continuing and new officers, we request that a; Sorors greet our officers in a Receiving line. Soror will lead the chapter through the receiving line and then be seated for the holiday luncheon. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
6.
Are there any questions.
