Biographical / Historical Note
The Southern Nevada Association of PRIDE, Inc. (SNAPI) was founded in 1992 and officially incorporated in 1995 as a non-profit, LGBTQIA+ community resource in Las Vegas, Nevada. SNAPI is involved with hosting and participating in numerous LGBTQIA+ events throughout the year including the including the annual PRIDE parade and festival. Over the years, SNAPI has organized events at locations around Las Vegas including various casino hotels, Sunset Park, the Clark County Government Center, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
