Feb. 16, 1912. 59-PP Mr. R. E. Wells, General Manager. Dear Sir: I passed a voucher today in favor of M. M. Riley at Las Vegas dated February 5th for $77.50 for horses used in patrolling the spring. The voucher did not state how many horses were being used, or for what period it covered. I was under the impression that this had been discontinued. If it has not been, do you still think it necessary to watch the springs? Very truly yours, (signed) J. Ross Clark CC- Mr. W. H. Bancroft.
