Las Vegas - April 3, 1948 W 23-1-49 Mr. Frank Strong: We have an application to extend water mains under Rule 9-A into Westwood Park Tract for S. M. Pahor of 928 South 5th Street. This tract is located south of Charleston Boulevard about opposite the County Hospital and sub-divider proposes to build 36 houses, the first 18 of which he would like to start on as soon as utilities can be provided. I attach estimate of coat in the amount of $7720.00, which he will be prepared to advance on ex- ecution of contract. Attached also is print showing the location and design of proposed water main extension. Will you kindly request Work Order authority. A. M. Folger
