Armstrong: Referring to Mr. McNamee's letter to you August 15th, copy to me, regarding furnishing of water for drinking purposes to J. I. Earl from our supply at Overton: I have further considered the circumstances in this case, and it will be unnecessary to enter into a formal agreement. Superintendent should simply advise Mr. Earl that we are willing to furnish him with a small amount of water he will require for a limited time, on basis of an emergency due to illness in his family.
