I agree.Stewart notified the Las Vegas Land and Water Company that unless water was provided or the rent lowered, he would terminate the lease and vacate the property.

Dear Sirs: - Having no word from you relative to water for the old ranch for agriculture purposes. This will serve to notify you that unless water is so furnished right away to put crops in or an adjustment on the rental price is made we will be compelled to vacate said ranch by moving off same.
