THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY is conveyed subject to 1. General and special taxes for the year 195*5-» including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND is conveyed to the Grantee for use as a site for a pumping station to be constructed thereon by the Grantee and used in connection with the water distribution system of the Grantee, its successors and assigns. Said conveyance is subject to the express condition subsequent that the said land shall revert to the Grantor, its successors or assigns, when the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall cease to use the said land as a site for said pumping station. Within ninety (90) days after the title to said land shall revert to the Grantor, its successors or assigns, upon the happening of said condition subsequent, the Grantee, at its sole expense, shall remove said pumping station from the said land and restore the surface of the ground sub­stantially to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station thereon by the Grantee.
