(2) All of the Certificates of Appropriation issued by the State Engineer of Nevada authorising the Grantor to appropriate water for municipal and domestic or for irrigation and domestic use referred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit ”B" and made a part hereof, and any permits issued by the said State Engineer under Applications Noe. 15628 and 15629 authorising the Grantor to drill water wells upon the land referred to in paragraph (3) of this instrument. (3) All of the water production, storage and transmission equipment and facili­ties and all improvements of every kind and character now located in, upon, over or under the land conveyed by Las Vegas Land and Hater Company, Grantor, to Grantee herein by that oartain deed dated June 1, 195**» said land being more particularly described in said deed and being approximately 507 acres of land in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, located in Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32 in T, 20 S., R. 61 E., K.D.B.AK, Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the said improvements Include three natural springe and spring houses, 11 water wells, three settling basins, one concrete reservoir of 2,500,000 gallon capacity, one concrete reservoir of 1,200,000 gallon capacity, one 300,000 gallon, elevated steel storage tank, pipe lines connecting said springs and wells with settling basins and reservoirs, three pumping stations with pumps, machinery and equipment, power lines, transmission lines, fences and ether facilities appurtenant to said water production, storage and transmission equipment and facilities; and (**) All of the water pipe lines, valves, equipment and appurtenances now located upon the easement strips more particularly described in that certain grant of easement dated June 1, 195**, from Los Angeles A Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Grantor, to Lae Vegas Valley Water District, a public corporation, Grantee, and in that certain grant of easement dated March 31, 195**, and recorded April 22, 195**» as Document 8686, Bock 7, of Offloial Records in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada, from Lee Angeles A Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad
