Form 30-1 shows a consideration of $8478.66 with expenses of $9.90 incurred in grant of easements, revenue stamps. Will you please advise if the final amounts are the same as shown on Form 30-1 and whether the transaction may be considered completed as of the date of issue of the authority, ie.November 29,1954.
