Bates: Herewith Is Grant, Bargain, Sale Deed of the Las Vegas Valley Water District to the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company, conveying the so-called pumping station site heretofore deeded to the Las Vegas Valley Water District. As you know, the District does not intend to use this site and are now deeding the property back to the railroad company. I assume you will arrange to have this deed recorded and handled in the customary manner. E. Bennett p.S. - I hand you herewith two Verifax copies of the Deed in question. E.E.B.
