Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street distance thereon S. 27° 4 5 ’ W. 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) as said Streets are shown on Map of Clark’s Las Vegas Townslte, recorded in Book 1, Page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62° 2 8 * W. 243.2 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N. 27° 4 5 ’ E. 18,5 feet; thence S. 62° 15' E. 14.1 feet; thence N. 27° 45• E. 231.3 feet; thence N. 4° 00* E. 43.7 feet; thence N. 27° 45* E. 191.8 feet; thence S. 6 2 ° !5» E. 17.6 feet; thence N. 27° 45* E. 59.0 feet; thence N. 17° 04* 3 0 s W. 1 6 0 .8 feet to a point herein designated Point A.
