All right, title and interest in and to Parcel 1, Easement Strip Five described in that certain Grant of Faseaent from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, to Las Vegas Valley Water District recorded July 1, 1954 as Document No. 14123 in Book 14, Official Records of Clark County, Nevada, acre particularly described as being that certain 15 foot strip of land situated in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, being portions of the Sfi of the SW{ of Section 27 the NE& of the NWi* of Section 34, all in T. 20 S., R* 61 E«, M.D.B.&M., the centerline of which is described as follows* Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street, distant thereon 3. 27® 45* W. 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) as said Streets are shown on Map of Clark’s Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, Page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62® 28* W. 243*2 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N. 27® 45* IS. 18.5 feet; thence S. 62® 15* 14.1 feet; thence N. 27° 45* E. 522.1 feet; thence N. 17° 04* 30® W. 160.8 feet to a point designated Point 'A' in description of Parcel 1, Easement Strip Five of said easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District recorded July 1, 1954 as Document No* 14123 in Book 14, Official Records of Clark County, Nevada.
