X as returning to you the duplicate originals and four copies of the above referenced Basement "N"L*D. 32^7 with the request that document be revised to form similar to Deed Audit Ho. 5352, as suggested in sy letter of August 10, I960 to Hr* Coryg however, proposed eesement should be bilateral in form.
