the Interruption of water service to customers and the distribution of water to areas then being served by said water pipe lines. If any water pipe lines and appurtenances shall have been Installed in the easement strip in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the First Parties, their successors and assigns, shall bear the expense of any additional reinforcement, relocation or replacement of said water pipe lines and appurtenances which may thereafter be required to protect said water pipe lines by reason | of the construction of new railroad tracks or railroad operating facilities or change of grade of existing railroad tracks or rail-road operating facilities over or under said water pipe lines. At the request and expense of the First Parties, their I successors or assigns, the Second Party, its successors or assigns, shall hereaftsr from time to time relocate all or any portion of the water pipe lines then maintained under and along said easement strip to another easement strip of the same width which shall be |j granted without cost to the Second Party, its successors or assigns subject to the same terms and conditions as herein contained, and I provided that such relocation can tee made without preventing the us* of said pipe lines for the conveyance of water to the areas and facilities then teeing served toy said pipe lines. The First Parties reserve the right to themselves, their successors and assigns, to use and to permit others to use the land above described for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement ii hereby granted. 5 .
