Promptly after the sale date the Sellers shall complete the account* ing for fetes adjustments in the purchase price of the properties re­ferred to in Section 1 of the Sale Agreement to be made for the pe­riod from May 1, 195^, to the sale date pursuant 'to the provisions of Sections 9 and 10 of the Sale Agreement* Upon the completion of said accounting fey Sellers the District shall promptly audit the roc • ords of the Sellers with respect to said adjustment.
