    Nevada, and being portions of the S§> of the SNiJ- of Section 2 7 , in f. 20 S., B. 61 S„ 9 M.D.B.&M., described as follows; EASEMENT STRIP OHS A strip of land 15 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Bonansa Road, as said road now exists 80 feet in width, distant thereon N. 88* 0 ? 1 57“ E. l^.GO feet from the west line of said Section 27; thence parallel to said west line S, 0* 11' b7" w, 303*6 feet to a point herein designated Point A. EASEMENT STRIP TWO A strip of land 15 feet in width, being 3.8 feet wide, measured at right angles on the northerly side and 11,2 feet wide, measured at right angles, on the southerly side of the following described line: Beginning at point designated as Point A in Easement Strip One herein; thence N. 78* .031 21" E. 101,2 feet to a point distant S. 01* 52» 03" 1. 286*1 feet from the said south line of Bonansa Road; thence N. 87* 35* N. 326,3 feet, more or less, to the westerly end of the survey line described in Parcel A of Easement Strip Five in that certain grant of easement, dated June 1, 195^, and recorded July 1, 195^, as Document No. 1A123, in Book of Official Records of said County. The side lines of the strips of land described as Easement Strips One and Two shall be prolonged or shortened at said. Point A and at the angle point in Easement Strip Two so as to terminate at their points of Intersection and to produce a continuous strip.
