How ever, the recorded plat of F a irv iew T ra ct does not indicate that a proper dedication of this street was made East of Block 10. 3. Lines extending from the continuation N orth erly of the alley in B lock 12 of F a irv iew T ra ct running thence E asterly to the East line of said Tract and thence North to the North line of said T ra ct. The water lines shown on your map indicate the last mentioned water line is within the East boundary line of F a irv ie w T ra ct and not within B lock 2 of 14th Street City Addition. In addition, the irreg u la r parcel of land in the Northeast corner of F a irv ie w T ra ct was not included in the area condemned by the United States. The title to this parcel is vested in George J. Schuler and Joe Ann Schuler, his w ife. 4. Lines crossing Lots 4 and 5 in Block 4, Lots 4 and 5 in B lock 9 and the E a sterly portions of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 10 of the Replat of Grandview Addition, which lots are within the area condemned for the housing project.
