Frank Hamilton, attorney for the district, and J. M. Montgom ery, engineer, for the district !were conferring with C. A.. Jones, attorney for the lessees,- and some progress was .reported this ; morning. According- to the attorneys, the question now resolves itself into getting the highly technical language in one. section of the contract reduced to j legal- writing. The Colorado river commis-ision on Wednesday requested that the water district, use' all possible speed in an effort to get the contracts - signed, so that negotiations for the sale of the Basic plant to the lessees can be concluded by March 15, the new target hate., fpr ^disposal of the, fa c ip |if..? t Ba|jc.. - j Issues Delaying
