I agree. In connection with the transfer of water facilities at Las Vegas from the Railroad Company to the LVL&W Company I auote the following from He* Lynch*s mailgram of Inly EE, , j X95S: / c * * * * a "Hr. Hulsizer has suggested C(/K<y that the deeds^be L* delivered August 1, 1953, and/ccntraot made effective ' later, and Hr. Reinhardt will instruct Diva. Supt. to serve notice prior to August 1st, on all industries that their contracts will ue terminated September 1st. Under this arrangement LVL&WGo«,, will have to continue to furnish industries water for month of August. Thereafter, LVL&W will furnish water to industries under rate schedule provided. This will not however include the arrangement with PFE Company as the Railroad will continue to furnish water to them.” It Is my understanding that you will have the deeds delivered as requested by Ht* Lynch on August 1, 1953, and according to the quoted paragraph from Hr. Lynch, Hr* Reinhardt will instruct Division Superintendent to serve notice prior to August 1, on all industries obtaining water that their contracts will be terminated September 1, 1953. Please keep me advised of developments. D-SQ5 i
