I f you w i l l transport th is pipe to Las Vegas and d e liv e r same along the trenoh, and i f you w i l l have prepared a trench 36 inches wide to a true grade and b a c k fill the same when the pipe lin e is completed, we w i l l lay th is rein forced concrete pipe fo r an addition al sum o f 50 cents per lin e a l foot. You are to transport not more than three men from Los Angeles to Las Vegas fre e o f oharge to lay the pipe. When th is lin e is la id , we w i l l guarantee the pipe lin e against leakage fo r a period o f one year from the date la id , but our guarantee w i l l not apply to damage by Act o f God or damage or Z destruction from any cause not due to d efective m aterial or work­manship.
