Dear S ir: Referring to Mr. Calvin’ a le tt e r o f January the 6tb to me, copy o f which you have, in reference to the above subject, would ask that you kindly get in touch with Mr. Mann concerning the capping of this w ell as I wrote him under date o f January the l?th advising what action I had taken with the Rosooe Moss Company but have not as yet heard anything in reference to beginning this work, and you w ill note by the enclosed paper that the matter is growing more serious every day, and I re a lly think we should attend to th is with as l i t t l e delay as possible.
