Los Angeles aud Salt Lake Railroad 75 P Sept 12 1918 4087 Mr A Maguire: Herewith hill of lading and packing list showing shipment of pipe shoes on order 3512, which the Pacific Tank & Pipe Oo advise completes the order. They write as follows-^ •v "Advise if you will he ready for us to pro^ ceed with the installation of this pipe when the final shipment of shoes arrives at destination, as we-would like to make arrangements to have our construction crew on hand at the priper time., Would also appreciate your advising us what the labor conditions are at Las Vegas. We will need perhaps eight or ten laborers and would like to pick them up locally if possible." Please advise 1
