(See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) ji Approved recommendation of-., the Standing Rate .Committee, which contemplates publication by the C. G. W. R. R. of stprage-in-transit arrangement at Des Moines, Iowa, subject to a charge of 3}4 cents per 100 lbs., minimum $7.00 per car, in addition, to the through rate on Butter, Eggs and Dressed Poultry, in packages, straight or mixed carloads, from Kansas City, Sc. Joseph, Mo., and Leavenworth, Kan., to Chicago, 111. Effective "October 25,1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 217.—-Asphalt and Felt Carpeting, carloads, minimum weight 50,000 lbs., between points in Nebraska and Chicago, Peoria, 111., Clinton, Iowa, Duluth and St. Paul, Minn. Present, Item 119, C. & N. W.-G. F. D. No. 11000-B, I. C. C. 7358, applies on Linoleum, Oil Cloth (Floor) and Cork Carpet, C. L.; proposed, include Asphalt and Felt Carpeting in the above item. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 12, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That application contemplating change above referred to be declined. That all commodity items in W. T. L.„ territory applying on Linoleum, Cork Carpet and Floor Oil Cloth and Carpeting (Asphalted Paper Felt) be amended to carry description as follows: \ Carpets or Carpeting, viz: Cork, Linoleum, Floor Oil Cloth, Paper Felt, Asphalted and Painted or Decorated, in boxes, crates or burlaped rolls, minimum carload weight 50,000 lbs., straight or mixed carloads. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 218.— Sand, C. L., minimum weight 40,000 lbs., Fremont, Neb., to Neligh and O’Neill, Neb. Present, Class E rate, 10 cents per 100 lbs. to Neligh, N eb.; Class E rate, 11 % cents per 100 lbs. to O’ Neill, Neb.; proposed, Commodity rate, 7 cents per 100 lbs. to Neligh, Neb.; Commodity rate, 8 cents per 100 lbs. to O’ Neill, Neb.
