The Chairman to formulate application and submit it to the individual lines at interest in Kansas for^ presentation by them individually to the Kansas Court of Industrial Relations. Rate Advice No. 3 advises date effective will be announced later. Amendment No. 3 to Rate Advice No. 3 announces receipt of order from the Kansas Court of Industrial Relations authorizing the above change, and that Committee and individual issues will be amended accord­ingly,' effective October 25, 1920. 30 JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 126.— Soft Coal, carloads, so-called Southern Illinois District mines taking Group 5 rates in C. B. & Q. Tariff No. 10-J, I. C. C. No. 12360, to Prairie du Chien and Charme, Wis. Present, $2.50 per ton; proposed, $2.65 per ton. Also Springfield, 111., to Prairie du Chien and Charme, Wis. Present, $2.10; proposed, $2.25. -(See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: | That roads now carrying $3.3714 per ton on Soft; Coal, C, L., from Southern Illinois (Gryup 9) to Prairie du Chien and Charme, Wis., advance same to $3.58 per ton; the rate from Springfield Group to be $3.17J4 per ton, which is on regular differential of 4014c. under Southern Illinois Group.
