Present, various descriptions; proposed, to change commodity descriptions in all tariffs on Beer and Cereal Beverages to include non-alcoholic beverages, flavored or phsophated, such as Ginger Ale, Root Beer, or Sarsaparilla (not including extracts or syrups) and Waters, mineral or plain, carbonated and other than carbonated, in straight or mixed carloads; also Empty Containers returned, originally used in transportation of any of the above commodities at commodity rates applying on empty beer or cereal beverage containers in straight or mixed carloads, the same rules and regulations as to refrigeration, heated car service, stopover privilege, etc., to apply on straight or mixed carloads as now apply on beer or cereal beverages. Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee which recommends against establishment of the proposed change above referred to.'' Docket No. 89. Asphalt Shingles, straight carloads, or in mixed carloads with Prepared Roofing, minimum weight same as now provided for on Prepared Roofing in connection with commodity rates, which will be amended if application is approved, between Missouri River points and between Missouri River points and points in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Present, 5th Class Western Classifica­tion No. 66 (Consolidated Freight Classification No. 1), R.'C. Fyfe’s l. C. C. No. 14; proposed, amend commodity descriptions now applying on Prepared Roofing to apply on Asphalt Shingles in straight carloads or in mixed carloads, with Prepared Roofing. Rates proposed are not to be subject to combination rules published in E. Morris’ L C. C. No. U. S. 1. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 1, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates amending commodity descriptions now applicable on Prepared Roofing to apply on Asphalt Shingles in straight carloads, or in mixed carloads with Prepared Roofing, between Missouri River points and between Missouri River points and points in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska; the proposed rates not to be subject to combination rules published in E. Morris’ I. C. C. U. S. 1. See Rate Advice No. 3, announcing October 25, 1920, as date effective on interstate traffic, and date of effectiveness withheld as to intrastate traffic. Docket No. 90®-Gravel, C. L., minimum weight marked capacity of car, except where cars are loaded to their full visible or space carrying capacity, in which case actual weight will govern, between points in the State of Kansas. Present, Class “ E” distance rates; proposed,'the distance tariff rates applicable between points in Kansas on Crushed_Stone as published in Mo. Pac. Tariff No. 2810-B, I. C. C. A-4255, also in tariff of other individual lines. Rates to be subject to combination rules in E. Morris’ I. C. C. U. S. 1 (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 9, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee, which contemplates establishment by the Mo. Pac. and A. T. & S. F. Railroads of the same rates on Gravel, carloads, between points in the State of Kansas, as are in effect in that territory on Crushed Stone. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 91.—Petroleum and its products, Kansas and Oklahoma producing points to Geneva, Neb. Present, no commodity rates in effect on Petroleum and its products from Kansas and Oklahoma to Geneva, Neb., in connection with the C. & N. W ,R ’y ; proposed, from Kansas 35 cents per 100 lbs., from Oklahoma 38 cents per 100 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 1, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates establishment on Petroleum and its products as defined in W. T. L. Tariff No. 108-C, to Geneva, Neb., via the C. & N. W. R ’y of 47 cents per 100 lbs. from Kansas points and 51% cents per 100 lbs. from Oklahoma points. Effective October "25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 93. 1, Building and Roofing Paper, Composition or Prepared; Asbestos Building Felt or Paper; Asphalt Shingles, etc. 2, Boards, Paper or Pulp; between Chicago, Peoria and St. Louis, etc., and Mis­souri River points, St. Paul and Related points. Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: 1 That the following description of Roofing and Building Material be applied in lieu of present description on traffic between Chicago, Peoria, St. Louis, etc., and Missouri River points, St. Paul and related points: Roofing and Building Materials, viz: Paper, Building, Roofing or Sheathing. Felt, Roofing and Building. Asbestos Building or Roofing Felt, or Paper. Roofing, Composition or Prepared, viz: Burlap, Felt or Paper, saturated with asphalt, pitch,' tar, or similar materials. Asphalt Shingles. Expansion Paving Joints (Asphalt, or Asphalt and-Limestone Dust, Sand, Cloth, or Paper combined), straight or mixed car­loads or in mixed carloads with the following: Asphalt. N - Pitch Roofing. Tar, Coal or Petroleum. Roofing Coating (not paint or stain), having asphalt, pitch, rosin or tar base. Cement, Roofing (liquid or solid). Nails or Metal Fasteners or Tin Roofing Caps, weight not to exceed 10% of the weight of the Prepared Roofing and Asphalt Shingles contained in shipment. 2. That the minimum weight be advanced from 40,000 lbs. to 50,000 lbs. 3. That the proposal to increase rates on Building and Roofing Materials be abandoned for the present, but that Chipboard and Strawboard, which are now included in the description, be eliminated and included with the Pulp and Box Board. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3, and Amendment No. 4 thereto.
