Dear sir:- Returning herewith Mr.Bridges’ letter to you of June 3rd, relative to the above subject, I would like to know if the tariffs provide that the weight at point of origin shall obtain, or the weight at point of destination. Whatever the tariffs provide in this respect must govern. If the weights at point of origin are given, and the tariffs so provide, the charges must be collected on that basis, regardless of destination weights. Yours very truly, WHK-H. General Counsel
