Gentleman j Mr. Hallmark advises me that an arrangement is being considered under which the Weighing and Inspection Department o f the Trans-continental Freight Bureau w ill exchange copies of weight agreements and weight schedules entered into with r a i l shippers, and other infonaation pertaining to weighing and inspection matters on r a i l lin e s , with a sim ilar inspection Bureau to be established by the Intercoastal Steamship Freight Association, that inspection bureau in turn to furnish the r a il lin es * bureau with sim ilar documents and infonaation. Mr. Hallmark has inquired whether or not such furnishing^lnfom ation pertaining to shipments to anyone other than the shipper or consignee.
