I agree.Loe Angeles, December 15, 1924* Mr. A* S* Halsted: Referring to our conversation on line day or so ago regarding location of new well at Dry Lake: I attach hereto a copy of Mr. Mann*s letter to me December 10, with which he transmitted a copy of Mr. McRamee^s letter to you June 6. If a permit from the State Authorities to appropriate water from this well, as suggested in Mr. McNamee*s letter June 6, would provide proper protection, it would seem to be a more feasible plan than to attempt to secure title to the ground on which the well is located.
