I agree.JUN 8 1926 / Water -Dry Lake. Loa Angeles, June 7, 1926. I note what you say that L@e is head and that Blanding Informed you that he is not going to do the assessment As I wrote you on September 11th, we want to get some ground south of the track* which I am inclined to think will extend over into the SEf of Section 17. I understand that Lee and Blanding have the SE^ of Section 17 located also. I am of the opinion that if you can you should get a Quitclaim Deed from Blanding to the Company for the KBj of Section 17 covering the Gypsum Queen, and also for the SE^ of Section 17, covering whatever claim it may be. fhis will make us a tenant in common with the heirs of Lee. We will then do the assessment work before July 1st on both claims and if the heirs of Lee wish to pay their proportion to us as co-owner, all well and good, and if they do not we will advertise them out as eo-owner. We can then amend so as to get in one claim all the ground we want and patent it, or not, as we like. I am a sticker for old titles. If you see no objections get a Quitclaim deed from Blanding. Am enclosing you form of Deed to cover Your father, e n d . ce - Mr. A. S, Halsted Mr. Chas, Adams FRM: I
