t V NEVADA INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE ACT: ‘ ' - i i m n -r ? r « ir» w in n n r m r m - » » i n »-Hiii« » .W i» i iw >11111 n o n w i n i m i i i w i w u ii in m i ii in n i 1 You accept and hereby agree to fully and faithfully comply with all of the provisions of the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act, and that before the commencement of any work under this contract, you will deliver to the Nevada Industrial Commission, a notice duly executed by you to the effect that you accept the provisions of said Act and any subsequent amendments thereto, and further you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Railroad Company from and against all claims, dsmands, payments, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries, awards and judgements of every nature and description, Including attorney’s fees and cost presented, brought or recovered against the Railroad Company, which may arise or grow out of the work performed under this contract* REJECTION OP BIDS 1 The Railroad Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids as It may deem advisable* COMPLETION OP THE WORK: The completion of the work is Important, and the same must be organized, promoted and prosecuted as required by the Railroad Company, and the Contractor when submitting his bid shall specify the time required to complete the work. BIDS: Bids shall be made by filling in the form of Proposal and Bid, attached in duplicate, and deliver the original of same in a sealed envelope under personal cover adressed to Mr. G. D a Scheer, Division Engineer, Union Pacific Railroad Company, 5500 Ferguson Drive, Los Angeles, California 90022, on or before the above specified date. It is important that all Information requested in the Proposal and Bid form shall be furnished by the Contractor. It is agreed and understood that your employees are not and shall not be considered as employees of the Railroad Company. Where the term “Railroad Company" is used, it refers to the Union Pacific Railroad Company. — 3 ~
