Brown concerning the relocation of the Railroad** existing Well Mo. 2, In the industrial development area, X have reviewed the proposed form of Contract Bond attached thereto. Nevada Compiled Laws have been superceded by Nevada Revised Statutes. Therefore, X suggest the reference on page 2 of the Bond be changed to Sections 108.040 and 108.240, both inclusive of Nevada Revised Statues, etc. X have secured and transmit herewith for your future reference a compilation of the Nevada Water Laws which was reprinted in 1966. In this connection, X call your atten­tion to Chapter 534 with respect to the appropriation of underground water from wells and particularly to Sections 534.050 - 534.130. X am enclosing for your review, two copies of the ^ form of Application for Permission to Change the Point of Diversion of an existing appropriation of water.
